Thomas Hill is a native Houstonian. He has nearly 30 years experience in financial consulting, systems, Accounting, marketing, business development and entrepreneurship.
He began his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Little Rock, Arkansas.

After four years with the Big 4 Accounting firm, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, in Arkansas, Thom Hill worked 12 years in international development with the prestigious Rockefeller-related research center, Winrock International Institute for Agriculture Development. During this time he was responsible for the Institute’s budgeting and financial reporting process, as well as providing project services to Winrock’s clients in Asia and Africa.
Mr. Hill’s consulting experience with Winrock included engagements on World Bank, USAID, and ADB projects in Pakistan, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malawi, Philippines, and Kenya. Clients included Ministries of Agriculture in the aforementioned countries as well as numerous NGOs and development agencies.
After leaving Winrock, Mr. Hill worked 16 years with the offshore marine construction firm McDermott International. Starting as a project accountant, he ended his career with McDermott in 2012 as International Accounting Manager in Dubai, UAE. Roles with McDermott included business development, cost control and project management (finance and scheduling), and business systems analyst.
Since 2013, Mr. Hill has provided contract services to businesses in the Houston area including manufacturers, technical recruiters, oil & gas contractors, investment-holding companies, and non-profits.
Mr. Hill has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Harding University (Searcy, Arkansas) and an MBA from the University of Central Arkansas (Conway).
